NO BEAN Super Bowl Chili Recipe

-2 pounds beef chuck roast
-2 pounds beef sirloin steak-1 onion diced-4-5 garlic cloves minced-1/ 2 cup Malcom's Bonafide Chili Spices -28 oz can diced tomatoes-28oz can tomato sauce-1 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and chilis-1 can diced green chilis-1 Tablespoon Worcestershire-1 Tablespoon beef broth concentrate-2 teaspoons sugar-Salt and Black Pepper to taste

1. Cube the chuck roast and sirloin. Season with Bonafide Chili Seasoning and toss..
2. Run the experienced cubes of beef through a meat mill utilizing the course grinding plate..
3. Brown the ground meat in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
4. Add the diced onion and cook 3-5 minutes then include the minced garlic and cook for an extra 1-2 minutes..
5. Season with 4 heaping Tablespoons of Bonafide Chili Flavoring, Worcestershire, beef broth concentrate, salt and pepper (to taste)..
6. Include the diced green chilies, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Rotel tomatoes and chilies..
7. Include a pinch of sugar and bring the chili to a simmer. Prepare it uncovered for at least an hour – stirring frequently..
8. Serve the chili with shredded cheddar cheese and finely diced white onion.

    1. Preach brother! I don’t care to even make chili unless I’ve got a few cans of beans, and my favorite are navy/great northerns. I great little tip is to pour a can of chili hot beans in right before serving.

    1. Women don’t always realize the joy they bring to us by making great meals. In my sermon last week I told the congregation, “Tell your mama thanks for all the good things she did for you which includes driving you around and providing meals”.

    1. I love the comments when this comes up because in the old days on the trail cooky put beans in to make it feed more people because meat was scarce and/or expensive. Meat, beans, and dried chilies made the meal.
