    1. @Shaz its been a year. Its getting better but still hella lot of work and things to archieve. Thanks for asking lol. See you in 6 months

    2. Hope it gets better for your guys. It’s 1:30am here, and I’m lighting a bit tomorrow

  2. I know I can trust this guy with grilling because he wears shorts and carries a beer can around

  3. We have tried 3 times (once successfully, twice not really) to start our new charcoal grill. I watched 10 different videos and this was the best one. Well-made, no fuss, no extra tools. Thanks Munchies.

    1. Buy a chimney, light with paper towel, paper napkins with a little bit of canola oil (or any oil)

    2. lmao who the hell fails at lighting a grill… it’s not rocket science. Did you hold a lighter to trying to light one piece of charcoal? LOL

  4. Thanks for this. I pride myself on doing everything a man can do. This was a daunting and stressful thing for me to attempt. Now I’m not so worried. β€οΈπŸ’›

  5. β€œPlease use tongs or something….a gloved hand. Don’t grab these things. I see some people do some dumb πŸ’©β€
I *REALLY* like this guy πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  6. I’m definitely going to do this on my next grill because I always use lighter fluid and have little patience to wait. After seeing this he made it look easy.

  7. Dont know the science behind it but it works………..sounds damn reasonable to me

  8. I dont live near this guy so how am I going to get some sheets of his local paper?

    1. He looks like a nice guy…I’m sure he’ll overnight some of them local papers to you and maybe a can of beer if your lucky😎

  9. Excellent; I’m thinking to buy one like this but I wasn’t sure how it works- I have a poker day next week with 10 players. I’m cooking and sure after watching your useful clip, grilling too ! Thanks

  10. I always use the fire starting charcoal grill thingy. But just like you, I use the tongs to move the charcoal around to build my fire. I find it relaxing to watch the charcoal build. After I start cooking corn tortillas and make them into chips. I find myself looking into the fridge to find stuff to grill, lol.

  11. So happy I found this! Watched a few before and was bored and confused! You kept it fun and simple. Gracias!

  12. Thanks! Much to my surprise I got the grill started with just paper and some twigs. After 30 minutes now, all the coals are burning/glowing just beautifully, and I’m about to put the meat on the grid. πŸ‘

  13. Man thank you so much for this. Seems simple enough, but man your instruction was so helpful for a beginner like myself.

  14. Just lit my grill the correct way for the first time thanks to you, no more lighter fluid for me!

  15. Thank you I struggled yesterday with lighter fluid. Can’t wait to use your method
