LYCHEE BAKED YOGURT
Components
10-12 lychees
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup yogurt
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Technique
1. Preheat the oven at 180ยบC.
2. Peel the lychees, deseed them, and cut the pulp into little pieces.
3. Take fresh cream in a bowl. Add condensed milk, yogurt and the sliced lychees and mix till well integrated.
4. Transfer the mixture into specific earthen bowls. Cover with aluminium foil and make a couple of holes on it.
5. Arrange the bowls on a baking tray, put some water in the tray and place it in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
6. Bring the tray out of the oven and allow the baked yogurt to cool completely. Cool till cooled.
7. Get rid of the aluminium foil and garnish the baked yogurt with mint sprigs. Serve.
