Season 2, Episode 3
Ramsay is amazed that a hotel in such a picturesque area might be losing money. He discovers that the owner Richard Davis' 2 sons Dusty and Duke run the home entertainment and dining establishment portions of the hotel but do not share any of the profits with his other half Joanna. Guests are typically irritated by late-night jam sessions. Ramsay gets the family to reconcile their differences, remodels the rooms, redesigns the menu, and moves the music to an outside place. The hotel is open and the reviews are very mixed with lots of giving unfavorable evaluations of the wedding event services and a combined action to the hotel and restaurant.
Season 2, Episode 4
The owner David Mollendor, a knowledgeable hotel expert, was hurt in a vehicle mishap 5 years earlier, and the hotel and restaurant have been having a hard time since. His wife Sukie has been trying to run the kitchen, however her dishes do not appeal to the local college crowd and with no cooking area training, her sushi menu takes control of an hour per table. They are up until now in financial obligation that they are living at the hotel. Ramsay remodels the rooms and beer garden, changes the Japanese menu with attractive casual American food in addition to a robatayaki grill, and gets a chef and an apartment or condo for them to give them time to return on their feet. The hotel is open with the Gordon Burger still popular as is the new beer garden. Reviews are extremely favorable with compliments on the client service, spaces and food.

To be honest, every restaurant/lodge that I’ve worked for had primarily stoners working at them. Even the really nice ones that always said that they would do random drug tests. They never did because they knew they would have to fire most of their employees.
Either that or they are doing blow all night in the kitchen
Yeah but this is like from 03 when weed was illegal everywhere it’s crazy how far we have come now weed is medicine and alcohol and getting the bad rep weed got back in the day
@@RunNGunX when I worked at restaurants it wasn’t legal anywhere. It was just the culture of the area. State troopers didn’t really care as long as you didn’t try to sell it to anyone. Most people just grew their own.

“I thought Gordon was gonna fix out Lodge, but he ended up fixing our family” that’s such a great quote because I think it embodies the most important thing about this Lodge. It didn’t need Gordon’s help per say. It needed the family’s help. Gordon definitely helped the Lodge, but more importantly he fixed the family and made them see that the Lodge can be successful if they put in the effort.
Damn Gordon roasts the hell out of the sons and it’s great 😂
