  1. This lady is a trip and a half. Listening in, forcing employees to buy $300 uniforms? Maybe at a 5 star luxury hotel, but not… whatever that place is trying to be.

    1. And her excuse is WILD. “So they remember not to gain weight”? Like lady, stress makes people gain weight.

    2. @Sneepsthat comment surprised me so much, like even if that is her ‘sense of humor’ I hope seeing that in the episode embarrassed her

  2. Why are so many people ill? Like why does the Wife of the owner, Losing her mind gaslighting customers KNOWING she has cameras, idk its just crazy psychotic behavior. “Manic” as one has said in the show. Shes so quick to turn blame off anything she has ever done, and pin it on others whilst crying, drinking, and just acting like shes emotionally unstable.

    1. That’s bcuz she knows that as soon as the water-works begin, weak hubby will cow-tow to whatever will shut her up. She needs help! But she will NOT take one bit of responsibility for ANYTHING!

    2. @Bearthat’s… irrelevant. The term is used now and we’re watching it now… on YouTube.

  3. Chef, you are a VERY BRAVE MAN! I don’t know if I could stay there after seeing the closet unlocked and knowing hers is the adjoining room! And we didn’t even get to the food yet! 🙏🙏

    1. Kitchen Nightmares is coming back in September on Fox! Hell’s Kitchen is also returning the same week. Hulu will be streaming the episodes next day. 😁

    2. @TOM C. I’ve been excited for the return of Kitchen Nightmares!! But I want #HotelHell to come back as well!!

    3. @DammitMandy I agree, love the show, but he can only do so much. Who knows, he quit Kitchen Nightmares, and it’s back so maybe we’ll get lucky for another season of Hotel Hell in the future.😁👍

  4. After watching the entire episode, all I can say is, “Chef Ramsay, you really earn EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR you get!” I would love to shadow you for just one day! You are amazing! One question, though, when do you sleep?!? 👍👍🤩🤩

  5. Lesson 1: never mess with Gordon
Lesson 2: never mess with Gordon
Lesson 3: never mess with Gordon

Alright thats all the rules 🙂

  6. I still can’t stand Lisa. All she does is act and stay in denial. So glad the hotel was sold to somebody else

  7. I had an girlfriend like her. She was a severe wine drunk was extremely abusive and manipulative. so much of this owners behaviors and mannerisms send up red flags, its like they could be twins. you can tell by the husbands attitude how beaten down he is and all her little stabs at him openly, shows how often she does it and how comfortable she is doing it. in reality the food is so dated because it is the only thing that the husband can control in his life and if he changes it then that is him losing that control. it is a very common thing in abusive relationships for the abused party to find one thing they feel they have control over and refuse to change it or they get obsessed over it as a way to cope with what is happening to them.

    1. sorry 2 hear u had to deal with that, it’s sad hearing really cause you know one side has genuine love while the other treats it as a joke & it never starts out that way, people change for the worst sometimes

  8. Gordon has the money to close a hotel and move everyone to another just to prove a point.

  9. I would imagine the scariest thing to hear is Gordon Ramsay walking up to your table and asking when you think the chicken you’re having was cooked

  10. This woman may just be a sociopath. Those crocodile years are REAL convincing.

  11. The receptionist in the second episode low key cute AF with very nice hospitality skills. That would make me want to dine there.

  12. I feel so bad for all the poor children who had to have Verandar as their therapist 😧

  13. That first woman was almost worse than Amy because at least Amy is blatantly crazy, whereas this one had a thin veneer of what seemed like self-awareness that was ultimately a cover-up. She was an ungrateful, inappropriate nut job.

  14. Dying to see a cross-over show with Jon Taffer and Ramsey doing a rescue. Jon for the front and the bar and Gordon handling the food service. The level of screaming and craziness would be thru the roof

  15. Alright alright, I will make the venture to this inn and find out for everyone if this is in fact a swingers hangout or is now a safe place for families to stay and enjoy. Because I care about you guys.
