Nothing about it to be terrified of. These beasts are really sliders that are small charming hamburgers.

MONSTER CHICKEN SLIDERS

Active ingredients

300 grams chicken mince
4-6 slider buns, cut in half and toasted
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon sliced fresh parsley leaves
2 tbsps boiled green peas
3 tbsps grated carrot
1 egg
Dried breadcrumbs for coating
2 tbsps oil
1 tablespoon butter
Tomato ketchup for applying
A few lettuce leaves
1 little English cucumber, vertically sliced
1 small onion, sliced into roundels
1 small tomato, sliced into roundels
Cheese pieces, cut into wanted shape
Pitted green olives as required

Approach

1. Take chicken mince in a large bowl. Include dried oregano, red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns, salt, parsley leaves, boiled green peas, carrot and blend well.
2. Add the egg and mix till well combined.
3. Take dried breadcrumbs on a plate.
4. Take a little part of the chicken mixture and shape it into a patty. Coat it well with the breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil and butter in a non-stick shallow pan. Location the patty on it and prepare on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn each patty and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes also. Drain on an absorbent paper.
6. Use some tomato ketchup on the base half of the slider bun. Location a couple of lettuce leaves, put the chicken patty, arrange a cucumber slice, put an onion piece and tomato piece. Set up a cheese slice. Apply some tomato ketchup on the base of the leading half of the slider bun. And place it over the cheese piece to make a slider. Protect it with toothpicks fitted with green olives.
7. Organize these sliders on a serving plate and serve.
