Components

2-3 tablespoons oil (tel).
2 tsps Kashmiri red chilli powder (tikhat).
2 1/2 cups thin pressed rice (patla poha).
1 big onion, sliced.
1 light green chilli, chopped.
2 tbsps sliced fresh coriander leaves + for garnish.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp kala masala.
1/4 cup fried peanuts.

Approach.

1. Transfer poha in a bowl. Add onion, green chilli, coriander, red chilli powder, salt, kala masala and blend well.
2. Include oil, fried peanuts and blend well.
3. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
