  2. Looks yummy , I’ll just have too make my pesto without the cheese and same with topping it I’ll leave the cheese out or find an alternative that is just as good for lactose intolerant people.

  7. He’s not wrong about the homemade Pesto….storebought is like wacthing a movie on your phone…but homemade Pesto….that’s IMAX level

  8. The bending asparagus thing to avoid the woody part has been proven many times to not work. It totally depends on where you hold it when you bend it.

    1. Hold it on the ends like a person with at least a small bit of common sense at it will be “proven” to work 100% of the time.

  9. Jamie this recipe should be a standard in every home.. im thinking a ricotta gnocchi would be divine! Thank you for all the love !

  10. I just harvested the last of all our San Marzano Tomatoes and this is what I’m going to do with them! Thanks Jamie! You are infinitely creative! ❤

  15. Thanks for another recipe, Jamie.
The way the pesto is balanced there on the asparagus looks precarious. Is it a problem if it falls off into the sauce? It’s bound to when you’ve eaten a couple of the asparagi.
