Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Coconut – ¾ cup
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Curry leaves
Tomato – 1
Yellow pumpkin – 300 grams
Salt
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of amla size

Oil – 1 teaspoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Onion – half
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves
Crushed garlic – 2
Karamani (long beans) – 250 grams
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ teaspoon
Grated coconut – 3 tbl spoon
