  1. A spectacular video Jamie! ❤😅We are all grateful to have somebody who is not just a wonderful cook and kind person, but genuinely cares for our health and nutrition as a whole. From exposing the horrific actions of the fast food industries to helping others learn how to prepare nutritious food 🥘 🍱 🍲 , I thank you Jamie.

It’s always fascinating to see the beauty of Japanese 🗾👺🍡🍣island culture from its complex history to its food. The other day my mother and I tried Japanese Sweet Potatoe an absolute staple of Okinawa, which contains one of the highest fibre and antioxidant concentrations of any vegetables. It had a truly magnificent and well balanced flavour. 😻🤤Japanese cuisine is unique and undeniably special. 🇯🇵🍜🍣🍘🍱🍡

🙏Best of luck and prayers to you and your family Jamie,🍀 from Australia. 🇦🇺 🐨 🦘 🇸🇻🫚🍛🍚

  2. Lastly, funny 😂to see best regards and love from Greece 🇬🇷 and Costa Rica 🇨🇷 . We just need somebody from Loma Linda in California 🇺🇸 or Sardinia, Italy 🇮🇹 and our first comments are from the Blue Zones. For those who don’t know the Blue Zones are 5 island/coastal regions that have the highest centenarian % among the population in the world. 🌏 They are Loma Linda, Sardinia, Ikaria, Nikoya & lastly, the largest of the 5 blue zones with the highest number of centenarians in the world, Okinawa. They are respectively located in the countries of the US, Italy, Greece, Costa Rica and Japan. 🇯🇵 The reasons orient around healthier lives by combining natural daily movement, plant-based diets, strong community bonds, a clear sense of purpose, and reduced stress.

  3. Buen pueblo 😅😊 saludos y profit un abrazo para todos vosotros 😅😊

  4. Thanks Jamie, loved this segment especially the seaweed angle; something abundantly available here in Fiji.

  5. In summary. I had 3 McDonalds ads and a Lindt chocolate ad during what was this excellent video. Goes to show the western worlds diet priorities when that happens! As for the video, deffo going to try getting more tofu and sweet potatoe in my diet as starting point. Bitter Melon might be tricky to get hold of?

    1. Bitter melon can usually (in season that is) be found at asian supermarkets

  6. わ〜!!ようこそ日本へ!!
    出来立てのお豆腐美味しいですよね!!
    みんな健康な食事で長生きしましょう🫶🏻

  7. Visiting Okinawa is on my bucket list for reason like this and to train karate.

  8. Hello Jamie, welcome to Japan !!!
I am practicing “Karate”. Please keep it with me 😄

  9. I wish I could buy more seaweed in my local supermarket. The only thing I can find is wakame salad -and even that is sometimes hard to get. But its better than nothing. I can find some dried version at my toko (asian supermarket) but fresh, like those sea grapes.. wow.

  10. you go, jamie! 🙏🏼✝️❤️ would love for you to cook for us some day!

  11. I like how Jamie trys to get them to commit to stopping something at a certain age but they both responded with I’ll stop when I can’t do it anymore; which makes more sense. Keep moving for as long as you can, every day.

  12. In Japan now and we just had an amazing time thanks to tour guide Yoyo and hopefully we can go to Okinawa on our next trip! Great show again Jamie!
