After lunch, things intensify quickly. Danny rounds up a few of Helsinki's finest chefs and dining establishment buddies for sauna and a plunge into the freezing sea, champagne, natural white wine, hamburgers, mixed drinks and, eventually, a lot of karaoke. Then more karaoke.
