Raw mango developed into this elegant and tasty drink! Take your aam panna to the next level with this dish!
RAW MANGO FIZZ (Serves 1).
1 raw mango wedge.
2 tablespoons boiled raw mango puree.
2 tsps salt.
1 tsp chaat masala.
2 tsps roasted cumin powder.
3/4 tsp black salt.
2 tsps mint paste.
2 tbsps sugar syrup.
Ice cubes as needed.
Drinking soda as needed.
Fresh mint sprig for garnish.
1. Mix salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt in a bowl.
2. Slice the raw mango and give numerous slits without cutting through. Cut in half the lemons.
3. Take raw mango puree in a glass. Include 1 tsp of the ready spice mix.
4. Include mint paste. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and sugarcoat syrup.
5. Include ice cubes, close with a steel glass and shake well.
6. Pressure into serving glass. Add ice cubes, leading up with drinking soda and stir.
7. Garnish with raw mango slices and serve cooled garnished with mint sprig.
