Thanks for fixing the hyperlink. I looked at the pages & can’t tell if u have the Nutrition Statistics – carbs, fats, fiber, etc? I have to know these things bc otherwise it’s too hard to guage what the carb content is for insulin + fiber & fats affect the timing. Its a decently priced book tho (thank u) + I’m hoping it’s using American measurements – or at least American alongside metric?

Lol it is his home, his dish , his family ..he often cooks using his hands for plenty of things , such as for lemon juice for example , so he is free to touch his food the way he wants ..plus apparently dinner is over ….I wouldn’t do it if I expected to feed other people , but if the meal were over I don’t see why I should not do what I want . And in case I’m alone if I taste a dish I won’t wash the spoon before eating with it because ..,,my mouth , my bacteria..nobody else involved
