  5. Chef Ford has a lot of charisma and the recipe has some cool ideas, glad to have Central American food celebrated. I do wonder if this is how they make pupusas in Honduras, because as a Salvadoran, I was… surprised.

  7. Can you use PAN yellow cornmeal in place of Mesaca? As this is all I have in the cupboard.
