Chopped shallots – 150 grams
Curry leaves
Brinjal – 4
Potato – 2
Chilli powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder – 1 ½ teaspoon
Salt
Tamarind juice of lemon size

Keerai Poriyal (Ingredients)

Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – ½ teaspoon
Chopped garlic cloves – 3
Green chilli – 1
Onion – 1 (small size)
Dry chili – 3
Curry leaves
Chopped greens (Arai Keerai) – 1 bunch
Turmeric powder
Salt
Grated coconut – 3 tbl spoon
