  1. Dude, just no… Leave the skin on. Pour boiling water over it and dry it, before you start doing anything to it… That’s it.

  2. I’ve been making crispy chicken skin in my air fryer – 325 degrees F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway. They are so good.
