Hazelnut Brownie | Sugar Free Sundays with Sanjeev Kapoor | Episode 10

This Sunday, prepare yourself to bake a storm as we whip up a sweet dish for a universal preferred!



3/4 cup roughly sliced hazelnuts
180 grams Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
1 1/4 cups butter
3 eggs
25 measures Sugar Free Green
3/4 cup refined flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract


1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
2. Heat some water in a deep nonstick pan. Take Sugarfree Dark Chocolate in a bowl. Location the bowl on the pan, add butter and allow to melt.
3. Break eggs in a bowl and beat for a minute. Add Sugarfree Green and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes more.
4. Include improved flour, chocolate mix, vanilla extract and mix well. Add 1/2 cup hazelnuts and mix well.
5. Transfer the mix in a greased baking tray, spray remaining hazelnuts and bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. Permit to cool and demould. Cut into squares and serve.

    1. You can use whole wheat flour!
      However, the final product will be slightly denser.
