    Ingredient highlights:
    🥕 Beef fillet
    🧂 Dried porcini mushrooms 30g
    🍋 Prosciutto 8 slices
    🧄 Garlic 1 bulb (partially chopped, some whole unpeeled cloves)
    🌿 Fresh rosemary 1 bunch
    🧈 Fresh thyme 1 bunch
    🥕 Butter 4-5 knobs
    🧂 Lemon 1/2
    🍋 Red wine 1 glass (approx. 150ml)
    🧄 Potatoes 1kg
    🌿 Milk A splash
    🧈 Olive oil To taste

  6. Filet beef is the most expensive piece of beef… not everyone can afford this Jaimie !
