You cannot beat a Florida Caribbean lobster! The texture and flavor is so different than Maine. The meat is not as sweet and I think they have a meatier texture. They taste so good! 😋
They also have no claws like Maine do.
I grew up eating them. My Poppa would bring bags of lobster tails home that he had given to him from a fisherman. We’d eat them once a week like chicken! Those were the good ol’ days! 🦞🤤🍽️🧈
All I saw was truffle and I clicked. That’s all I needed.
Yea but disappointing to see they just mix truffle oil in panko bread crumbs. No real stuff here folks.

All you need to make the meal complete is to head to Mrs. Mac’s right down the road and get a slice of key lime pie. You can also get a key lime milkshake and add a shot of Captain on top.
