Man Fieri Eats Tennessee Smoked Barbecue|Restaurants, Drive-Ins and Dives|Food Network
It’s the Tennessee holiday for BBQ and I’m getting through this for the pork!.🔥🥩🐷
IT’S ME, MARIO !!
You would think it should get more salt for the amount of meat
Salt is very strong seasoning, you dont want to add too much
The vinegar is salty
My husband recently cooker us a boston butt pork roast in our crock.pot and put no salt or seasoning on it! After it finished cooking, I asked him to chop it all up
And then add sweet baby Ray’s BBQ sauce all over the meat and
Real good mix it up and place it on the seeded buns for each
Sandwich as it was needed to feed us or the family. It was perfect. Needed no salt or rub!
**but when l cook baby back ribs
I would always rub a BBQ rub to season the ribs and then bake them covered in foil in the.oven for several hours until they are falling off the bones and are perfect
every time!
See my comment below was supposed to be in reply to your comment@❤ salt isn’t always necessary depending upon how the meat used cooked and tge cut of.meat!
Too much salt would dry it out..
Stupendous! A lot of work went in here. where do you find the time?
“That’s Important!” had me in tears lol
I love Barbecue so much
A gallon of what sauce? (What was in that pickle jar?)
I’ve eaten there and its really good.
