PACKED PIZZA

Active ingredients

Fresh dough for 2 pizzas
1 medium onion
1 green capsicum
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup tomato concasse
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp crushed black peppercorns
1/2 tsp dried blended herbs
1 dried red chilli, thinly sliced
2 pickled jalapeno peppers, sliced

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180 ° C. Slice onion and green capsicum.
2. Divide the pizza dough into 2 parts and roll each as thinly as possible.
3. Brush 1 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil on a baking tray and location one pizza on it.
4. Spread most of the tomato concasse on it. Sprinkle the majority of the onion and capsicum.
5. Sprinkle the majority of the mozzarella cheese, crushed black pepper, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, fresh red chilli, 1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil and place the second pizza round over. Press the edges to seal and roll them somewhat.
