Cumberland Roast Chicken | Jamie: Keep Cooking Family Favourites

The roast chicken, a traditional, simple meal for when you've got a lot of mouths to feed. I've got an excellent little hack for you here, for an included flavour boost to the cooking process. Simply use your fingers with a spatula to thoroughly separate the skin down the breast meat, and squeeze in some sausage meat in a smooth layer that will to excellence while likewise insulating the breast meat. Super . You have actually got to give it a go!

  4. A cooked chicken is $15 in Toronto. A raw chicken is $10. This entire meal minus the fresh herbs would be about maybe $20 CAD. I love Jamie’s recipes because they are accessible and delicious.
