Hi Jamie. I enjoyed watching you make this delicious recipe and eat it afterwards. I have always made pesto in a blender, but using a pestle and mortar is a quicker solution. Loved watching the kids having fun in the veggie garden. Loved you video!!!! ❤❤❤
Jamie is the King of practical and instinctive cooking. Using the gnocchi as a source of potato starch to make a bechamel is genius! I’ve seen Jacques Pepin use instant mashed potato as a thickener for soups!

Looks great… But no seasoning in the gnocchi sauce? I get the parmesan will help, but it will still be quite underseasoned I imagine
