Coconut Milk Rice

20 mins soaked seeraga samba rice – 2 cups (Approx. 400 grams)
Coconut milk – 4 cups (1 coconut)
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon stick – 1
Kalpasi (Blackstone flower)
Cardamom – 1
Cloves – 3
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3 to 5
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Mint leaves
Tomato – 1
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Salt

Punjabi Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Chicken – ½ Kg
Chilli powder – 1½ teaspoon
Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Green chilli – 1
Curd – 50 ml
Coriander leaves
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 5
Cardamom – 2
Black cardamom – 1
Bay leaf – 1
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Finely chopped onion – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1½ tbl spoon
Paste of 2 tomatoes
Coriander powder – 1½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt
