CHOCOLATE BESAN BURFI
Components
1 cup Nutralite Choco Spread– Quinoa
1 1/2 cups gram flour (besan).
2 tbsps ghee + for greasing.
4-5 almonds.
1/3 cup powdered sugar.
6-8 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered.
Approach.
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add gram flour and roast on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or till the mix turns aromatic.
2. Very finely piece almonds.
3. Turn off the heat, sugarcoat to the roasted gram flour and mix well. Include Nutralite Choco Spread– Quinoa and mix well.
4. Transfer the mix in a greased burfi tray and spread equally.
5. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios on the top and enable to cool down to room temperature.
6. Cool for 35-40 minutes.
7. Cut into squares and serve.
