Shallots – 15 to 20
Curry leaves
Dry chilli – 2
Green chilli – 1
Chopped garlic cloves – 7
Asafoetida
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Water – 3 cups
Salt
Coriander leaves
Ghee – 1 tbl spoon

Brinjal – 300 grams
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Onion – half
Crushed garlic – 3
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Salt
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon stick
Cloves – 3
Cardamom – 1
Sesame seeds – 2 teaspoon
