  3. I will try the reverse sear. I always go sear, then indirect. I get great results. If you guys say reverse sear, i will give it a try

  4. I think it was absolutely hilarious having your friend thumbs up when you said “IT SMELLS GOOD!”

    I am having a hard time telling which format I like the more, with you going through the whole process live or with a VO. Either way, I always end up these videos hungry. Shame on me.

  5. This is a great cut of steak. I just can’t afford it so I use cheaper cuts. I like mine medium rare.

  10. Outstanding. My go-to steak is the NYS.
    Most steak eaters think my choice of “extra-well done” is blasphemous. But……..as beauty is in the eye of the beholder, likewise, taste is in the tongue of the beholder. It’s just the way I like my steak done. If I eat steak at a restaurant, I ask the wait staff to tell the kitchen that I want it extra well done and that I absolutely don’t want to have to send it back for more cooking as that ruins the entire meal. 90% of the time my steak is properly done. I think that I am going to the butcher shop right now for a couple NYS’s for my wife and me. 👍👍👍
