    I’ve just bought me a Rib Eye weighing 3, 531 pounds but when coming home I was wandering what exactly I should do with such a huge piece of Belgian Blue beef. I mean, a beauty like that should deserve respect and should be grilled with care.
    This recipe right here is what I am going to do right now!

  7. Whenever I do steaks on the grill, I like to rub them with spicy brown mustard, salt, and ground peppercorn before I put them on. So good.

    It was the first of many BBQPB vids i watched.

  9. Mine turned out Great! My grill temp was about 325-350 during the indirect heating period of cooking with the lid on. I seared over flames for 2-3 minutes a side then about another 10mins with the lid on. they were a perfect medium. Pink with no blood.

  11. This is close to the way we used to do fresh venison steak & speckled trout for pop when he came down for ther weekend in PA. The trout were fresh caught that morniong. The venison shot within the last day or two. I remember mom singin our praises to pop to surprise him. You boys sure recall fond memories. Thank you. Done in a blackened cast iron pan on a wood stove!
