This was a very very old vid
Does an “ultra runner” crap in the woods?
If no one’s around and you don’t hear it, than no.
Is this AI, lol
Lol really funny comment!
This is real??😂😂
My previous roommate, a veteran, has a bunch of metals under his’ belt from these insane competitions. His’ schedule and diet were the most insane I’ve ever witnessed. More power to the folks who love this crazy sport and lifestyle, it sure is inspiring to witness.
His liver hates him 😭😭😭
Why?
Is he a big drinker?
Avocado from the Mexican cartels???
His knees will hate him later.
You got one life. Use those knees.
This video is so fckng old. Comw on Munchiea, record something new!
i dont think avocado translates to much fat for the body
Great guy, not a an optimal diet for the average runner. Carbs are essential for peak athletic performance, that’s the simple truth. Fats and protein are also essential and wonderful, but carbs power your best workouts!
This dude obviously thrives with fat as his primary fuel source. Just because you like to fuel with carbs, doesn’t mean others have to follow suit.
This video is very very old. Not eating carbs beyond some medical ailment makes no sense. Carbs aren’t bad. In fact if he intends to eat during the race they’ll be vital. I’m sure he looks back at this as a funny reminder of how misinformed he used to be. And is a better runner for it.
@DesAbelmenYou can use fat as your primary fuel source and still be an effective steady state runner? I’m a high carb guy myself, but I understand that there’s certainly more than one way to approach things.
true
Short bursts, yes. But this is an ultra marathon, so he probably wants something that has a slow release
What’s the fascination with glorifying stuff with criminal ties?
