Mom Chow's Kitchen area in Portland, Oregon dishes out some of the absolute best garlic noodles on this planet.
They serve their stir-fried noodles with chili crisp and a spoonful of fresh garlic. On top you'll have your choice of lollipop wings, char siu pork, or garlic shrimp. The story of this street food cart is a story of tradition, community, and strength. The Chef/Owner Jeff Chow started this food truck as an ode to his mama, a Chinese immigrant who began her own food organization in Oakland's chinatown.
After moving to Portland, Jeff has become a true fixture in his community, one garlic noodle plate at a time.
