Components
Chopped raw mango– 4 tbl spoon
Boiled peanuts– 5 tbl spoon
Grated carrot– 2 tbl spoon
Sliced tomato– 2 tbl spoon
Sliced onion– 3 tbl spoon
Coriander leaves
Chilli powder– 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
Chat masala– 1/2 teaspoon
Little salt
Puffed rice– 3 cups

  6. Adding coconut oil will make puffed rice a long time crispy and with little lemon extract.. Will give you entire types of taste.

  7. Lemon/tamarind juice and mustard oil needs to be added also fresh green chiilies instead of chilli powder for aroma.
