Looks lovely but I’m a bit nervous about dry frying.
I used to do this with salmon and I think it might have been the thing that ruined my previous frying pan.
Disappointing when a good frying pan gets ruined. Do you make sure to only stir your food in the pan with wood or silicon? No metal! (Jamie’s constantly stirring with metal – but he probably has the staff and budget to keep replacing pans).
It really makes a difference to the life of the pan..
