Seasonal Greens Ravioli | Jamie Cooks Spring | Channel 4, Mondays, 8pm

Spinach, kale, Swiss chard … all bang in season right now, and an excellent method to get more veggies into your diet, specifically with this scrumptious velvety ravioli recipe! If you've never ever tried making homemade ravioli, this is a great opportunity for some hands-on experience working with dough. What's more, I'm carrying all the stunning nonnas I have actually met for many years by utilizing a rolling pin for the pasta … no pasta device in sight!

Inspect it out on my brand new TV program, Jamie Cooks Spring. Mondays, 8pm, Channel 4, or stream it online:

  7. Everything you do is delish and always another level. I’m terrible at cooking. I buy them from trader Joe’s and use melted butter and sour cream (or yogurt or other similar things).
