The One-Armed Chef is a travel and food reveal like no other, fronted by a host like no other. Giles Duley is a photographer, humanitarian and chef, and he indulges all of those passions in this documentary series. In it, he meets or reunites with people worldwide who have endured extraordinary struggles or experiences, and occasionally he just meets people making incredible food.

Scotland’s Food Revolution
And speaking of war-zone photography: Scotland
I had an internal chuckle at that as well until I realized the host/narrator/photographer was missing an arm
The fact he does all this with one hand is crazy
Just the intro got me hooked.Refreshing af
i loved this, i don’t know why i broke out crying when he was talking about the olive tree
Lived in Scotland my whole life. The food and culture is amazing but often people can’t look past the meme of deep fried mars bars and buckfast.
That honestly our own fault though, for every foodie theres four morons falling out of a club wanting more buckfast and a kebab. They’ll never take haggis away from us though.
Regardless deep fried mars bars are still banging tho.
I didn’t think I was going to spend an hour today watching a video about incredibly foodie people in Scotland but I am a glad, great to see many different solutions to food inequality
Man that was refreshing to watch. Thank you for creating this.
absolutely love Pam’s effusive laugh! haha
This was beautiful and amazing
Really good episode 👏🏾 🤍
I’m only 10 minutes in when they’re having lunch and what a great conversation the gents had. That’s what it’s all about, finding your true passion and really giving your all into the art, with respect and love for the people eating, of course.
Pamela Brunton.Fucking Legend.❤🙏🙏🙏
awesome, just awesome
I live in Scotland, it’s a beautiful country
By genes I’m Scottish . I was a cook /chef for 17 years of my life. I’m glad this gent had the time to talk about the dark sides of being an apprentice in a dying trade
in my opinion this is the best series on munchies at the moment.
Love the passion of these men. Need more humans passionate about what they do in this world
Scotland is definitely going on the bucket list after that. Quality doc.
So many emotions from watching this. The horrible reality and inspiration of some people trying to make a difference. Thank you #Munchies for bringing this forward.
