This combination variation of sausages seared in mixed herbs and wrapped in a dough is a wonderful method of snacking.
SAUSAGE ROLLS
Components
6 chicken sausages
1 cup warm milk
1 tsp triggered dried yeast
2 tbsps sugar
Salt to taste
2 cups improved flour + for cleaning
1 tbsp oil + for brushing
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried combined herbs
Butter for brushing
Technique
1. Pour milk in a bowl. Include dried yeast, sugar, salt and blend well
2. Add improved flour and knead to soft dough. Brush with oil, cover with a damp muslin fabric and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
3. Provide slits on both the sides of chicken sausages without cutting through.
4. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Include onion powder, garlic powder, dried combined herbs and sauté for a couple of seconds. Include the sausages and sear for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Include salt and blend well. Reserve to cool down.
5. Divide the dough into equivalent parts. Dust some refined flour on the surface area and roll it into oval shape.
6. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
7. Brush some butter and roll to form cylinders.
8. Roll around the sausages and transfer on a baking tray. Brush butter and reserve for 15-20 minutes.
9. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
10. Serve hot with tomato catsup.
