I love how the waiters on kitchen nightmares are always telling the truth
well it make sense they care from they place of work and not want it to get closed
They constantly interact with the customers and receive feedback, they are in the perfect spot to have their issues at top of mind. They won’t catch kitchen and storage issues, but for the front facing and most visible ones, they are the absolute best to ask.
