Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ¼ teaspoon
Dry chilli – 8
Kashmiri chilli – 3
Curry leaves
Sesame seeds – 1 teaspoon
Gingelly oil – 4 tbl spoon
Peanut – 4 tbl spoon
Urad dal – 1 ½ teaspoon
Chana dal – 2 teaspoon
Mustard – ¾ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Tamarind juice of lemon size
Turmeric powder
Salt
Jaggery – ¼ teaspoon
Cooked rice – 200 grams
Gingelly oil – 1 teaspoon
