I watched this 2 – 3 times, trying to decide what I’d like to serve with it, and eventually plumped for this; slices of medium rare Welsh lamb steak, and, (spot the glutton) a couple of nests of egg pappardelle, dressed with good olive oil, Barber’s Farm butter and cracked Egyptian black pepper I would be interested to hear what others would have. The speeded up arosti scene had me dribbling. Nice one Jamie! 😋👍

  9. I just all the ingredients accept the Fennel they are out of it. I disliked Fennel but one day my neighbor made some fennel salad and this was years ago. Seeing your recipe like the other one made me fall in love again with fennel. Making this tomorrow!
