PANEER TIKKA PIZZETTES

Ingredients

100 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1 cm cubes
5 readymade pizza bases
4 tbsps Nutralite Tandoori Mayo
1/2 cup combined capsicum pieces
6-8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
Salt to taste

Approach

1. Preheat the oven at 200 ⁰ C.
2. Take Nutralite Tandoori Mayo in 2 bowls.
3. Add home cheese, mixed capsicums, cherry tomatoes to the first bowl and mix well.
4. Include tomato catsup and salt to the second bowl and mix well.
5. Add some salt to cottage cheese mixture and blend well.
6. Arrange the pizza bases on baking tray and use mayo- catsup mix.
7. Include the cottage cheese mix on top. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
8. Enable to cool slightly and pack in the tiffin.

    1. Cook the pizzettes on a tawa with medium low flame and cover the tawa with a lid, cook until the cheese melts.
