Curry leaves
Onion – 1
Asafoetida
Coriander leaves
Salt

Cumin seeds – ¾ teaspoon
Ginger
Curd – 400 ml
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ¾ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Pinch of fenugreek
Asafoetida
Dry chilli – 3
Curry leaves
Ground coconut paste
Besan (gram) flour – 1 tbl spoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
