Mango Mint Raita is a revitalizing and tasty yogurt-based side meal that combines the sweetness of mangoes with the coolness of mint. It sets wonderfully with meals like biryani, kebabs, or parathas.

MANGO MINT RAITA

Active ingredients

1 ripe Alphanso mango, peeled
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 cups yogurt, cooled
1 green chilli
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
Squashed red chillies for scattering

Technique

1. Roughly slice green chilli and mint leaves.
2. Slice the mango and discard the seed. Approximately chop 2 mango slices and location in a blender jar with green chilli and mint leaves and mix well. Add 1 tbsp water and mix once again into a great paste.
3. Roughly slice staying mango slices for garnishing.
4. Put yogurt in a bowl. Add ground paste, salt and black salt and mix well.
5. Transfer into private serving bowls, leading with chopped mangoes, spray crushed red chillies and serve cooled.
