Rice – ¾ cup (150 grams)
Toor dal – ½ cup
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Cashews
Dry chili – 2
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Turmeric powder
Sambar powder – 2 teaspoon
Carrot – 1, potato – 1, Beans – 4
Brinjal – 2
Salt
Water – 6 cups
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves
Ghee – 2 teaspoon
