Sambar powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Small piece of jaggery

Cabbage – 250 grams
Chopped garlic cloves – 2
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3
30 mins soaked moong dal – 3 tbl spoon
Grated Coconut – 3 tbl spoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt
