How to make Kaju Katli | घर पर बनाएं काजू कतली | Pro V | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

KAJU KATLI

Components

2 cups Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp milk
1 tablespoon liquid glucose
Silver varq for garnish

Technique

1. Take a mill container. Include Pro V Select Whole Natural Cashew and grind to fine powder.
2. Heat a nonstick pan. Sugarcoat, 1/2 cup water and milk. Discard the residue.
3. Cook till the syrup reaches multistring consistency.
4. Add liquid glucose and mix well. Include cashew powder and blend well.
5. Transfer the mix in a parat. Mix well to knead to soft dough.
6. Transfer the mix in greased mithai tray. Flatten with the aid of a rolling pin.
7. Garnish with silver varq and set aside for 30-40 minutes.
