  1. 2:45 I love that she calls out the waste restaurants do ,especially high end, that just waste completely usefull ingredients. If you’re a good cook, use everything you have.

    1. chefs dont learn, they just regurgitate what they were told. even more so for tv chefs and cooking show contestants
