Omg yum! That looks so rich and beautiful, I’m sure I’ve got all the ingredients except for enough mushrooms, I’ll have to go buy some!, saving this video!
great video Can you substitute sirloin tips?
She’s the only reason why I watch this channel. Her humor makes my day every time she’s on.
Oh, that looks so, so delicious. I can taste it now. Please email me some. Lol 😊
Just as I started to write “Julia would be so proud!”, the words came right out of your mouth! 😂. A terrific tummy warming dish for a cold Autumn evening, great job Nicole!! Have a wonderful weekend. 😘
The very first dinner party I gave in my. very first apartment was beef bourguignon; Julia Child’s recipe. This brings back so many memories. I used Gallo Hearty Burgundy wine, but that “stew” was spectacularly delicious.
Oh my goodness that looks delicious. I need to cook this on Sunday. Thank you Nicole.
I always cook with winw — cooking wine, that is. Once you’ve boiled the wine I don’t think you can tell the difference. Save the good stuff for the table.
Cooking wine is absolutely garbage and is full of salt. Try cooking with real wine. It’s 1000% better
@Michael D’Auben Spanish cooking wine?
Heavens to Betsy, this looks good! Bravo, Miss Nicole.👍☑🏁😎
FYI, several years ago I made Julia Child’s Beef Bourguignon and was sorely disappointed because the flavor just wasn’t there especially considering I spent 2+ days making it. Thank goodness a year or so after that, I made someone else’s BB recipe and it was excellent. I can’t wait to try Nicole’s recipe.
Ok, so I’m definitely going to make this?
Need to make this. Do you put it in the oven covered or in a open dish please?
You always make your recipes look so easy.
Uh oh. I’ve found a channel I’ll be lost in for awhile. Excellent videos I can’t wait to try these recipes!!
That voice. That look. That personality. Simply captivating. And one of my favorite dishes.
