Hot Tropical Sauce | हॉट ट्रॉपिकल सॉस | Homemade Sauce | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Prepare to spice things up with our 'Hot Tropical Sauce'! This dish wonderfully mixes the heat of spices with the fruity sweetness of tropical fruits like mango juice and pineapple, in addition to a touch of sugar. This sauce adds a tasty kick to all your meals.

HOT TROPICAL SAUCE

Components

1 1/2 cups approximately sliced pineapple
2-3 fresh red chillies, chopped
6-8 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp onion seeds
1 cup mango juice
4 tbsps sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon vinegar
Chicken fingers for serving

Approach

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Add pineapple, fresh red chillies, garlic, fennel seeds, onion seeds, mango juice, sugar, salt and vinegar and mix well.
2. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
3. Allow to cool totally. Transfer in a mill jar and grind to fine paste. Stress through a great sieve.
4. Serve with chicken fingers.
