8. I love that you use fresh foods to make. I believe many of our issues have to do with all the bad stuff they put in foods to last for years. You don’t remember our parents dealing with all kinds of issues except for the major stuff but on a rare occasion. Our lifestyle today is so fast that it’s easy to toss in a frozen dinner and bamm you’re done but if you just took the time you be so much happier. I also just learn that processed foods also make our arthritis flare up even more. Seeing all these dishes are really so easy. Gonna give a few a try. I want to make that crab dish. Can’t wait.

9. crumpet or pancake are for me the same thing!!! i always add some bicarb and dry yeast to my pancakes because i like them airy and fluffy, and i know many pancake recipes with these ingredients… so for me they are the same thing!!! Delicious!!!

14. I’m so glad I watched this I was a chef and I f.king hated making pancakes because I couldn’t get them to look perfect like the one’s from Macca’s. They tasted great but didn’t look perfect so it frustrated the hell out of me. I’m glad his looked like mine and weren’t perfect looking. Honestly I have been way to hard on myself. Trying to be perfect.
    Thank you Chef for this video. It’s about simple beautiful tastes that don’t look like something a robot cooked.

18. If you haven’t got a gas stove in your house you can use your electric stove Burners on different settings one on high one on low or whatever combination you need.
    Gas makes cooking much easier because it reacts to your needs in an instant.
