  3. I just made Carbonara last night for dinner. It was amazing ,I use 4 egg yolks and felt it needed more to be more saucy (my hubby likes his pasta really saucy). I loved it though and would make it again. Son loved it too. It is so easy and so few ingedients.

    It isn’t a carbonara :please don’t say heresies!!!you can use pancetta instead of guanciale but the cheese Is not parmesan,it’s PECORINO!!!

  9. I guess what everyone is upset with is that the word “original” was used. Pig cheeks aren’t available in most markets folks. Specialty shops, sure. I think it’s fair to say most people don’t make special trips for pig cheeks.
