Garlic Croutons | गार्लिक क्रूटॉन्स | Leftover Bread Recipe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Have a number of leftover bread pieces from the other day's loaf? Simply change them into these crispy 'Garlic Croutons' that add tasty flavor and texture to your soups and salads!

GARLIC CROUTONS

Components

4 remaining white bread slices
8-10 garlic cloves
4-5 fresh parsley sprigs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese powder
Salad as needed

Method

1. Cut the remaining bread pieces into 1 cm pieces.
2. Slice garlic cloves and parsley.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a shallow nonstick pan. Add the bread pieces and prepare on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Include sliced garlic and saute till crisp.
5. Include parmesan cheese powder, chopped parsley and toss well. Permit to cool.
6. Add on top of salad or serve.
